The place was close and easy to get to and the lady was friendly. However, the waxing technique was not great as the lady pulled too hard and waxed the same area which has pulled my skin resulting in a scab forming on the corner of my upper lip. Unfortunately can’t complain too much as it was inexpensive!

I got my money back due to a bad experience, so I was grateful for that. Unfortunately the therapist was having a bad day and left part way through leaving me with a face mask that burnt and reacted with my skin.
Overall the pictures dont represent the salon well – the salon is very tired. The bed cover was dirty with hair and someone’s footprint on it so I had to ask for a clean sheet to be put on.
I also wasnt told what was being put on my face which was worrying as I had explained that I had sensitive skin. It would have been nice to know what steps were happening rather than just having the products put on.

The face massage was fantastic and I would give 5 stars for that alone. However, the ambience of the salon which is tucked away, in the basement level of a small hairdressing salon, made the experience much less enjoyable.

Absolutely perfect massage, super relaxing with the right amount of pressure. I’ve tried loads of massages but this is my favourite. Really friendly place and wonderful location. Can’t recommend enough!
