Arrived early and was taken straight away. Loved the way the therapist removed the dye with a water bath, no stinging at all. Just starting to fade now after 6 weeks. Would recommend

So, this treatment was quite expensive. £44 for an Indian head massage which lasts 45 mins. I was in the treatment for less than 30 minutes! The room was too bright, which when lying on your back is really not relaxing. It’s a hair dressers too so you can really hear everything that’s going on because the treatment room has no music, although the woman did apologise for this. The treatment room was not clean, there was dirt on the floor and the pillow had deep ingrained stains on it. The technical aspects of the treatment were good, but as a relaxing experience? Definitely not. There was also no consultation form done…

I booked for gel mani and pedi as preparation for my holiday and have been coming here for a couple of years however I won’t be back as my appointment was cancelled at short notice with no real attempt to try to reschedule it leaving me scrambling to find somewhere else and £40 out of pocket until I get a refund which is not what anyone wants just before going on holiday.

Quick and pleasant. Kathleen did a back and shoulder wax for me. A dab hand and it was over in 15 mins. Unlike other treatments waxing is something you don’t want to drag on!! Salon is spotless and Kathleen was welcoming

When booking on treatwell you can select the masseuse you want. I’ve tried a few of them and my preference is Emma, and I save up especially to see her. I booked for Emma and found out Emma wasn’t there so had to try someone else. Found this very disappointing considering Emma is my regular, and the whole point of the app is to book with my preferences. I don’t think the Indian head massage was anything like the description listed. It didn’t match what I expected. Massage stopped half way through as they got the booking times wrong so had to mention this. Had a 25 minute massage as opposed to 45. Had to come down and say, which ruined my mood and relaxation. They finished the massage but five minutes early too. The whole point of a 45 minute massage is you’re paying a lot for it, for it to be 40 minutes is still frustrating.

Now I need to call in before I book to make sure I am getting the right person. Quite disappointing overall, as I work very hard to able to afford these massages.

Quiet salon and no one there you greet you which is a bit strange. However it’s spotless and well maintained. My therapist was friendly however my lash lift isn’t quite as good as last time hence why I have given 3 out of 5. Also left glue residue on my eyelids.Overall a reasonable job.
