The staff were friendly and welcoming. The top floor was quite busy with stuff, but as soon as you were downstairs in the treatment area it was very calm and relaxing.

Happy with the end result, my nails look fab but it felt like the nail technician was annoyed at having to do my nails. She didn’t try to make conversation and seemed generally frustrated that I was there.

Lovely staff, very friendly and chatty.
Pedicure was in small treatment room, I do think that a proper pedicure area or foot spa would have been better for both myself and the therapist. However, my feet did look much better at the end.
