Staff were lovely and friendly, the lady explained what she was doing (cleansing, putting a mask on etc) lovely face massage- very relaxing! Can not fault the service or the massage! The only thing I didn’t like was the room was a little cold and they had a phone in the room that kept ringing so it was distracting and hard to relax when the phone kept ringing- would be good to take the phone out the treatment room.

Perfectly nice facial but lacking in atmosphere … dimmer lights and maybe some relaxing music would improve that. Also, the 15 minutes ust waiting with the mask on was a bit dull, a short massage (hands feet or scalp, perhaps) would be a nice touch
